Yes, it's Kohaku and Rin. I don't ship them, but I kinda like their relationship and their reaction with each other. They are children with the hard life and had to be strong to live. They all have a deep pain in their heart...
But angst is the thing made me don't like this paring itself. They could share the pain, but it's hard for them to find peace with one another.
You scared me there for a minute when I saw this in my box.... *whew* My S/R ship alert went off!
Its very sweet. I think Rin is good for Kohaku and someone he could confide in and just let go. She is probably the only one in this series not expecting something from him or using him.
Oo, me I like this pairing purely for the fact that they're so close in age and it's cute. The aspect that Rin can console where Kohaku is wounded occurd to me, but you're right, they'd probably be better off as friends!
I just love how, even though he is bigger than she is, she is trongly supporting him, with such an angelic expression on her face!

well I think that's what makes their relationship even stronger. They both have endured much and had to grow up so fast, but I think not only are they good friends, but they can share so much together and thus they can grow together.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
